Known to my French friends as Gigi and to really good friends as a 'chipie', french word pronounced 'sheepee' (aka minx - I used to own a 'Minnie the Minx' sun towel as a kid actually!!) combining the two really was the only appropriate blog name for me. I love to bake, cook, be creative, artistic and just have the banter so check out my blog for some deliciously tasty (and beautifully presented of course) recipes.
